They heal by 5% HP every 3 seconds and are very useful when farming reputation with ShaoHao, killing rares, etc.

It turned out that the Burden of Eternity can be knocked out in several other ways. For example, it drops from rare mobs: not often, but it does drop!

By the way, they drop from rarities/chests and sometimes even ordinary mobs with such frequency that the purpose of introducing this product is completely unclear to me.
I don’t know if it’s a bug or something like this: I came across an interesting chest. If you stand facing him, you cannot click. If you come from behind, you can click. Here a couple of people ran past, paused and ran on. So apparently it wasn’t just me who had an unclickable chest.
I had a chance to take part in a cool battle: in the middle of the ruins of the brewers’ village, a cauldron of stinking beer was bubbling. You need to quickly destroy 10 hop-elementals, and then defeat the boss named Zhu-Gon the Gloomy.
The event is notable for its loot: we managed to get a cool pet!
We also managed to knock out Pidgeow's Foaming Brew, which calls upon the ghostly brewer-monk for help. He fights well, but is a bad partner for a robber.
Next is another rare: Guchi the Calling Swarm. And one more pet. Some of the rare mobs will definitely be popular among players because of their loot =)
Around this time, I received the status of “Pilgrim” from Shaohao and was able to buy one of the Masks. It looks funny, but it blocks the view when viewed from the first person (see title illustration!)
If we return to the topic of legendary cloaks, I must say: in PTR, Celestial bosses are regularly defeated by PUGs. Not on the first try, of course, and there can always be a “smart guy” trying to beat the boss. But often everything is fine.
Crowds of players also regularly hang out at the Shrine of Challenges. This is due to the fact that there is a quest for the Archpriest of the Flame, and the fire priest of the Yaungols himself appears with a very small chance. Mostly all sorts of banal rares like Tsavoki.
PvP activity is quite high, since Ordos ritual daggers, random clicks on the wrong target, and just “I'm under attack, help me” are involved. Even near the arena, where evil guards walk, there is plenty of room for madness!
A classic picture on the island: a crowd of people in a cemetery, the crowd of people is reborn and immediately runs to kill some rarnik nearby. You won't be bored!
And finally: this is PTR, guys! As soon as old man Kuvaldych was about to go offline, the bugged Yu-Lun wiped both those guys in the arena and everyone who stood peacefully near ShaoHao! =)
